Today our listeners of both groups (Level 1 and 2) had a great opportunity to communicate with an American native speaker Peter Hansell. Peter kindly agreed to share with interesting and exciting facts about his country, culture and life. He told us about his big passion for travelling. He has travelled about 60 countries by his bike and still keeps travelling.
During the lesson Peter was given with a variety of different questions by our listeners. The questions were related to different topics: “Family”, “Hobbies”, “Likes and dislikes”, “Food”, “Ways of life”, “Ukraine”, etc. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. We may definitely say that Americans are open, easy-going and straightforward.
Peter told our students about his lifestyle and shared some tips for improving English pronunciation. It was a great opportunity to practise English.
We thank Peter for the given chance to communicate with a native speaker. We are looking forward to the next meeting.
